Tuck-Hinton team selected as winner of Cheekwood treehouse competition

A group of team members from Tuck-Hinton Architects were recently named one of the seven winning designs for this year’s Cheekwood Botanical Garden’s Treehouse Competition.

This year’s Treehouse theme, “Great works of literature,” inspired the Tuck-Hinton design team to create a large multi-colored fish, based on the famous children’s book, The Rainbow Fish.

The next stage of the Cheekwood Treehouse Competition will involve the construction of the winning designs at the historic mansion’s Botanical Gardens this spring, were they will remain on display through the summer for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
