Tom Morales: The Man Who Knows Nashville Food

A long-time client and friend of Tuck-Hinton, Tom Morales, was featured in this month’s Native Magazine. The article’s tagline says it all: “From the biscuits at Loveless Cafe to the beef brisket at the Southern Steak & Oyster, Tom Morales—the man behind some of Nashville’s best restaurants, bodegas, and honky-tonks—is one of the many reasons this city tastes so good.”

Tom is the owner and founder of TomKats Catering company, along with several local restaurants, including The Southern Steak & Oyster, ACME Feed & Seed, Loveless Cafe, Saffire Restaurant, and Southernaire Market, now under construction in the Pinnacle building.
