Kem Hinton as guest speaker for AIA Middle Tennessee Chapter Meeting

Kem Hinton was the guest speaker at July’s AIA Middle Tennessee Chapter Meeting, held at the Millennium Maxwell House in Nashville. His speech discussed an architect’s overview of one of the most important sites in the world, The Temple Mount in Jerusalem. ┬áIncluded in Kem’s speech were the history and images of the site’s most important structures: Solomon’s Temple, the Second Temple, Herod’s ambitious enlargement of the Second Temple and creation of the Temple Mount, and the main surviving building at the most sacred place, the Islamic Dome of the Rock.
