‘Holladay Properties reveals plans for Charlotte redevelopment project’ an article featured in the March 20, 2013 issue of Nashville Business Journal, written by Nevin Batiwalla.

Holladay Properties and Cassidy Turley principal Ronnie Wenzler have revealed their plans to transform a row of abandoned metal sheds on Charlotte Avenue into creative Class A office space.”

The project at 2200 Charlotte Avenue, dubbed The Sheds, will turn a row of abandoned warehouses “into a light-filled office/retail complex threaded with courtyards and blessed with plenty of free parking,” according to a press release. The developers bought the property from the state for $1.05 million in August.

The three-building project will total 42,750 square feet of space.
